Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products (except jewelry - see Question #3)as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call or email for a return number.

Therefore, before you try on your garment, please be sure that you are not wearing scented products. Please do not wash it using laundry detergent or softener, which leave scents and residues that can cause allergic reactions.
If you are making an exchange or return, enclose a money order to cover the cost of shipping.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check (Payable to: Vivian Dennard), and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

You may return any jewelry purchased from us within ten days in a secure box (postpaid with a copy of your invoice for repair, RMN (Return Merchandise Number) for replacement or refund.

Orders are shipped Priority Mail in 2-3 weeks (due to the current political situation - 95% of our merchandise is sent from the Middle East - and a longer than expected arrival time may occur). Larger orders may ship UPS and require a street address. A $15 handling fee will be added to rush orders.

Back Ordered Items

Occasionally, we temporarily run short of an item. If this happens, we don't normally hold up the rest of your order. Your invoice will show when the back-order will be shipped, insh'Allah within two weeks. If you request,we will cancel your backorder and refund the cost of the items.
